As soon as I saw Emonga (the 5th generation pokemon you see above) I thought of this instantly. XD Out of all the electric rodents to have been seen, this is the first one to actually FLY!

Actually a pretty BIG edit! For printing purposes I had to stretch the canvas to 11 x 17 for fanime which is tomorrow. I did a lot more then just that, I changed some colours, redrew some parts, added more lightning etc etc. Over all it looks a bit better! So if you're wondering why the heck this is in your inbox again, you now know. c:

I have seriously got to ask.. how do you do that glowy effect? the lightning has such an intense yellow in the center that it appears to glow... or is that just me and am being tricked by the shading?
