DRAKEON - GEN_X superdex

I don't recall seeing many attempts at a dragon eeveelution. Then again I never really looked xD I suppose it will evolve with a dragon scale upon trading but I'm not sure o_o Not that it's of great importance. I may change the design later but I'm not positive. For now this is it... I like the eyes e__e
