Lost for Words

Another pointless screencap pic that isn't a screen cap whatsoever. It was a practice to simple the style bettering the reproduction of pictures aka anime / flash / comics without the hassle of shading and highlights. Which let me tell you is half the battle x_x;

I'm not really sure if 'bettering' is the right word for it but it's me trying to make it look decent but not half-assed. I have a ton of stock photos for clouds when I went out on a photo shoot a few months back and I actually REALLY like how they look! The mountains, trees and grass were hastily done because it's getting late and I wanted to get this done and over with.

Any feedback would be great as it was a practice art and a test of simplicity vs effectiveness. Was it effective? Is it too simple? Stuff like that! Be gentle XD I can name a couple of anime that use simple coloring technique like the Digimon Movie and [link] .
