I... never draw this guy. I needed to get in the mood for drawing so I could get some of my work done (for the school) I was toying with the background more then the actual image itself to get that blue and pinkish speedy effect.

Umm, not much to say here actually D:... this guy is way to fluffy to be a steel type.
