Someday Feebas, someday.

Had more fun with the brush I made. I think it's quite refreshing XD Anyways, my brain isn't functioning properly today so I have no real comments to say about the art. Maybe it'll speak for itself.

This picture makes me sad, but happy in a way because he will evolve and outshine them all. :3
