I EFFING LOVE THIS MOUSE.
Ah-em, umm... yes. So everyone probably knows but I have Platinum now so I was inspired to draw a Raichu (most likely Jakk the Raichu I have on my game)
I was looking on how he could learn Volt Tackle so I ended up breeding two Pikachu one which had a light ball and made a Pichu that knows Volt Tackle.
It's a great move. Also makes for a great picture! I had a lot of fun with this one... as it seems in most cases when I draw pokemon.
I'm pleased with how the electricity turned out, initially I was going for a fully colored version but it seems I tinkered a little and it looks best like this. I'm not sure what the target is lol, anyone can feel free to draw a 'response pic' to it. :3

I also wanted to have a raichu that knew volt tackle so i spent literally 6 hours catching random pikachus in hopes of finidng one with a light ball. After 58 pikachus, 29 oran berries and 0 light balls, i decided to catch one more and if it didn't have a light ball, i'd give up hope. And like some kind of pokemagic, the 59th pikachu had a light ball so all was good but i never eant to see a pikachu ever again XD
