the bottom one, this kind of coloring is specially good with low contrast colors and rough lines...

by the way, i'm researching about this kind of painting and i find no names or tuts... nothing that could teach me to paint like those up there.

how is this coloring style called? (seriously, i want to learn how to get this effect on my next paintings)

I like them all. But here is the catch, the colouring style of October's Edge would be kind of out of place in Falling, and likewise vice-versa. They give different feeling to the artwork that affects the overall mood of it.

For me I'm cut between October's Edge and Falling, the first being bolder and more eye-catching while the latter more sketch-looking. If I had to choose, I'd do the first mainly because I'm a bigger fan of more "powerful" (:iconitsover9kplz:) colors, where as the latter has more faded colors.

I like the Fall one, but mostly because I like the colors in it xD It has a nice unifying color scheme to it thats just interesting to look at.

I also like your coloring style in the icons you did recently, with the vibrant contrasting edges bordering the shading. But you should choose what coloring style is best for the piece youre doing :3

Every color style is fantastic I may have voted but everyone's right. Specific color style for the drawing tune, experimenting, and etc. You know ^u^

I like the autumn picture the most, but I really think you should continue playing with different coloring styles, since I like them all and it makes me really excited when I see you trying new stuff. Your style is very dynamic and it makes watching you very interesting!

I feel that different coloring methods change the feel of the picture and should be selected to compliment the content of said picture.
